Terms and Conditions

General:

These terms and conditions set out the basis on which you can use our website and place orders for items from the online shop on the website http://romankreuziger.com.

Rules for buyer and seller:

 
The buyer has to accept the written terms and conditions stated here. By placing an order the buyer agrees to these terms and conditions. Buyers and sellers have to accept these terms and conditions and are obligated to follow them.

Legal relation between the seller and final customer, which are not specific in these terms and conditions, are managed according to the valid Civil Code of the Czech Republic.

Prices and orders:

 
Prices on the website http://romankreuziger.com are binding. When placing orders the price shown is final. This shop may change prices without previous written notification.

The main process how to order in this online shop is to fill a virtual shopping card and submit your order. Other options of ordering are by phone or e-mail. All the necessary information has to be stated in each order.

Method of payment:

 
When the payment is sent the buyer has a right to receive his item(s) and ownership transfers from the seller to the buyer.

Warranty and reclamation:

 
Rights and obligations of the seller:

 
The order is binding when submitted to the ordering system. The seller reserves the right to cancel the order or part of it, if he is unable to deliver the required quantity of goods. The seller has to inform the potential customer about it via e-mail or phone immediately.

Rights and obligations of the buyer:

 
The buyer has to complete each specific requirement in the order form. The buyer is obliged to collect the ordered goods and pay the total price of the order. The prices shown in the basket after completing an order in the online shop are final.

Buyer has to check his delivered goods and inform the seller about found damage immediately.

In reclamation, the buyer and the seller are governed by the Complaints Procedure.

 
The online store on http://romankreuziger.com follows the general rules of reclamation.

If after receiving the goods, the buyer finds that the goods have been damaged during shipment the buyer has to inform the shipper instantly.

Complaints of damaged packages on delivery by mail: You can execute in every post office up to 24 hours after receiving package, in other case if the damage of packages are not clear from the outside, the mail has responsibility to assess complaint and replace it. You can do it in every post office in Czech Republic but no later than the day after.   
Unfortunately, after 24 hours no reclamations are accepted by neither mail nor seller.

The mail compensation of damaged packages is paid to the recipient after assessment. Only the recipient can make a complaint. It is the buyer’s responsibility to make any claims of reclamation.

The reclamation cannot be accepted if the defects arose from improper use, mechanical damage, wear and tear or if the goods have been used in any other purpose than intended.

If the reclamation is accepted, the seller initiates the repair no later than 30 days after the day of complaint.

 
Return of goods:

 
It is impossible to withdraw from the contract, if the buyer’s description of the good is wrong. Only the name(s) of the ordered product(s) that the customer confirmed are binding. We reserve the possibility of typographical errors on our site. Withdraw from the contract is regulated law No. 367/2000. The customer can withdraw from the contract within 14 days from receipt of the goods. This condition is applicable only for individuals who are not business owners, entrepreneurs.

If you are going to withdraw from the contract, please contact us via e-mail. The e-mail has to contain the number of the order or receipt of sales, received goods and date of purchase of the goods.

If you have already received the goods, send it back to our address in a sturdy box according to the following conditions:

Goods have to be in original undamaged packaging, goods cannot be return used, goods cannot be damaged.

The shipment has to be complete as when received, including accessories, instruction list, etc. and with the original receipt of purchase.  
The goods have to be sent in recorded delivery, other ways will not be accepted. We are not liable of loss or damage to the package(s). After all conditions are fulfilled, we guarantee to return the money to your account or in other ways. The seller is entitled to deduct the prices for delivering, see § 415. The seller has 30 days to return payment after receiving the package.   
If the buyer has not fulfilled these conditions, which are mentioned above, the seller cannot accept withdraw from the contract. The goods will be sent back to you on your cost.

The Seller reserves the rights to change these terms and conditions without notice.

Validation of terms and conditions: valid from 1 May 2010 to the issue of new terms and conditions.
