Practice time on Tenerife

Since Monday we've been on a two-week training camp on Tenerife. We're in a familiar place – the same where I was preparing in February.

We arrived here immediately after the Tour of Catalan and until Thursday we rode easy routes to become acclimatized to the high altitude. Today we rode for five hours for the first time, went down to the sea and then climbed up back. Basso, Nibali, Pellizotti, Szmyd and Kiserlovski are here together with me, plus two masseurs and a coach. 
The weather here is excellent with temperatures around 22 degrees and the sunshine. Tomorrow we're planning to do a test and then take it easy on Sunday. It's Easter so we will do only two hours in the morning. We've booked a restaurant by the sea where we want to have some seafood. It will be a relaxing day and from Monday we will be back to the grindstone. 
The conditions here are perfect for the prep and I can say that we're doing our job for 110 percent because apart from the hotel, there is nothing else to do. So the only thing we do in the evenings is watching TV, on Wednesday and on Tuesday we were watching, for example, the Champions League games.
