On Monday evening I came to the Czech Republic from the Canary Islands. I stayed at home in Pilsen for a moment. I took care of some business and last night I hit the roads to Italy where the weather is better for training.

The training camps on Mallorca and on the Canary Islands were relatively long so I look forward to a change. We're going to be tested on the track near Brescie on Thursday. We have to adjust the position on the time-trial bikes. The UCI has changed the regulations concerning the handlebars so we need to adjust the position for the best aerodynamics possible. All our leaders are going to show up, plus our best time trialists.  
A couple of days I'll be training in Italy and then I'll move on Tenerife. I will be there from the 5th till the 20th of February and after that, I will start racing on January 23; Tour of Sardinia.
