With 25 kilometers to go today's stage of the Tour of Catalan looked promising for Roman. Roman remains in the eight position overall 1:22min behind the race leader Rodriguez. After the successful breakaway, Taaramae has moved up to the third position. "There is nothing I can do about it, I gave it a shot, at least and I proved to myself that I'm in good form. Today the pace was really high, the average speed after the first hour was 51. Tomorrow's stage is very tough so I would like to show my qualities," the Liquigas leader added.
