Tour keeps me calm so far

Even though there are only several days left before the Tour starts, Roman is not particularly stressed out. He is training near Garda and his ride-mate for Sunday’s training was his father.

"I came back to Italy on Wednesday night and have been training since Thursday. I did two trainings, for four and a half hours and I put myself into test for two and a half hours on Saturday. I always tried to ride over one climb at least. I rode the toughest training on Sunday. I was almost all the time in the mountains, about five and a half hours. The weather is beautiful here, during the day over 30C so there are ideal conditions for the preparation here. But those are only trainings for keeping the endurance, now there is no time to catch up anything. I especially focus on the recovery,"Roman said from Italy. 
Today he is going to ride on his time trial bike behind a car and he is leaving for Monaco with his team on Wednesday afternoon."I must say that I don’t feel anything special. I feel like as if I didn’t race at all. There is no stress, I just keep my cool,"added the rider from Liquigas. 
His Italian squad has reported the final formation for the Tour recently. Besides Roman, we can count on Daniele Bennati, Vincenzo Nibali, Franco Pellizotti, Fabio Sabatini, Alessandro Vanotti, Alexandr Kucinskij, Brian Vandborg and Frederik Willems.  
The manager of the team Roberto Amadio confirmed that Kreuziger and Nibali are going to be the leaders for the Tour de France."We would like to win a stage at least. We want our leaders to try to finish in top ten. They are both very young but their motivation is very strong,"Armadio said.
