Back to outdoor training. Raboň keeps me company

“I didn’t feel good during the first two days, I was thinking of riding at home on the trainer. It is difficult for me to stand on the pedals, the cast is really hindering my mobility on the bike. I had to add an extra layer on my handlebar tape to put up with the bumpy roads,” Roman described.“Now I can do three hours on the bike without any difficulty. I felt much better on Thursday. It is a regular ride but I´m having trouble sitting upright on the saddle. Needless to say, I cannot do any high intensities and I should also avoid climbing. I´m trying not to think of crashing. I´m not taking any risks and I am doing everything after consulting with the specialists,” he revealed.Roman is presently staying at home in Pilsen in the Czech Republic and František Raboň keeps him company during the rides. “We head out together, then he continues and I head back. It is much better than riding on my own,” the Astana´s rider admitted.
