First camp with the new team

“We will be staying on Gran Canaria for a relatively long time, until November 26. It is because  no team training camp is planned for December and every rider can decide on his own where he wants to do the base training,” Roman said.He also briefly outlined what the training agenda will look like. “We will start riding the bike, then we will surely work out the race schedule and we might take some promo pictures as well. Apart from this, we will discuss the team organization for the next season and we should get to know each other because the whole team will be there, including the management,” Roman revealed.He is not going to adapt to a completely new environment. His Japanese masseur Nakano is also joining the team as well as the new signings, Bennati and Zaugg, with whom Roman was on the Liquigas team. “I know many riders from races so I should fit into the new team without any difficulties. It is not definitely going to be the awkward situation that I was in when I turned pro and didn’t know anyone. I look forward to seeing my new mates and I believe that this new challenge will do me good and I will leave a good impression.”
