Roman´s race schedule to be announced in December

What have you managed to do since your return from Japan? The off-season break has started but I was quite busy during the first week. I had to run some errands that didn’t fit in my schedule during the season. Today I came back from Mlada Boleslav where I had undergone the final examination of my injured hand. How did it turn out?Everything is fine. My hand is completely healed. It took more time than I had expected but after the vacation I can get back to training at full stretch without any limitations. Are you flying to Kazakhstan for team business?Four riders from Europe were invited;  Tiralongo, Kiserlovski, Kessiakoff and me. Other than that, our Kazakh teammates and Vino, who is flying from his vacation, will be there as well. We are going to stay there for five days and they asked me and Vino to take our bikes along. I have no idea what they have prepared for us. Organizing the World Cup is a relatively big deal. We inaugurated the velodrome last year and this will be its first international test. I quite look forward to it. The forecast says that the temperature will be dipping 10 degrees below zero so I think we are in for cold days.  What are you up to after you come back?I´m getting back on Tuesday and the real off-season break will then begin. I would like to go skiing to the mountains but the first get-together camp is scheduled for late November so I won´t enjoy my rest that much. You said that you and your sports manager were going to prepare your race schedule for next season. Are you clear on your race program? We didn’t design the complete plan because Marinelli, who is in charge of arranging the schedule, wasn’t there. It is still undecided what races I will ride. I know the course profile of both Giro and Tour but we will fine tune all details at the first training camp. In any case, my final race schedule won´t be announced until December 10.You are going to a football match on Tuesday evening before you leave for Kazakhstan. Are you looking forward to the game?I´m really excited, it is going to be an unforgettable experience. It is not an everyday event to see FC Barcelona in Prague. When FC Viktoria Plzeň played in Barcelona I was on the plane on my way from Japan so I couldn’t even watch it on TV but now I will enjoy the great atmosphere at the stadium.
