I´m off to the Zoncolan

“My teammates Kiserlovski and Stangels are coming along and we are going to check out the last 90 kilometers of the Giro stage with the finish on Zoncolan,” he revealed.As next races are coming up he is in full practice swing. “After my return from Tenerife I spent two days in the Czech Republic and I have been gearing up for the next races in Italy since Monday. I did a special kind of workout on my time trial bike in Bardolino and I can tell that I do two-phase training now. I just took a day off on Wednesday but other than that, I work hard every day,” the Astana´s leader described.And what is he up to in the upcoming days? The Trentino starts on 19th April and until then he is not going to take a break. “On Saturday I´m having a test on the track in Montichiari where we are going to try out our gear and then I´m going to take a ride on my time trial bike outside. I´m going to do a regular workout on Sunday and it is going to be all done under my coach´s supervision and some people from my team and from the Specialized are going to be present as well.”
