Plenty of hard work done

“I have put in a lot of hard work here. It was great that our team coach ´Pino´ spent the last week with us. It is very windy here so we could do some intervals behind the motorbike,” revealed Roman who was the last Tinkoff-Saxo rider to stay on the Canary Islands.Nicolas Roche kept him company during the final part of his preparation but he left the Canaries on Monday. “Up until the very end I had a training partner, which was very pleasant for me. The rides were quite tough but everything went as planned. I believe that the hard work will pay off. I admit that my stay was pretty long but with my wife Míša being around  time passed faster,” he added.He is going to drop in for a shirt visit at home and then he is leaving for Oman on Saturday. “I have two days off the bike to recover a bit before the first races. I know that I did my very best in the preparation but I have no idea whether the first race will confirm that because I have been building up towards the whole season,” Roman added.“I have put in a lot of hard work here.
