Skiing in Livigno, riding at home and off to Canary

In addition, the Liquigas riders Oss and Viviano will be also around until January 10 so we will make a great training crew,” Roman said.It will be his second time to start his build-up for the season on the Gran Canaria island. “One of the advantages of this location is that the weather is constantly nice. There are long climbs and even though currently the weather in the Czech Republic isn’t bad for riding I will feel more relaxed on the island. We came back to the Czech Republic on the New Year´s Eve. As for training, I kept combining gym work with outdoor training and now I am heading out to another camp,” Roman outlined his plans.
