“On Tuesday we started by riding for three and a half hours and then we did one and half hours behind a car. On Wednesday we didn’t hit the roads until 11:30am but at the end of the day, we spent seven hours in the saddle with 230km after having ridden for five hours and then having taken part in a local crit race,” Roman described.
